UNITED SOCCER CUP
Prepare for the upcoming 2013-2014 season with participation in the United Soccer Cup. United Soccer Cup will offer two levels of competition: Gold and Silver Divisions for U9 through U14 boys and girls teams. The tournament is expecting teams from across Florida. Registration deadline is Friday, September 6, 2013.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The United Soccer Cup will be played Saturday and Sunday, September 28-29, 2013. Local teams may be asked to play on Friday, September 27. The tournament will be held in Plantation, Florida at the Pine Island Soccer Complex and Central Park. United Soccer Cup is sanctioned by US Club Soccer and is opened to all US Soccer affiliates (FYSA, AYSO, USSSA, etc.). FYSA passes are accepted. Team trophy awarded to the Champion and player medals for Champions and Finalists will be awarded.
WHERE
The main playing fields for the tournament will be at Pine Island Soccer Complex and Central Park in Plantation. Additional fields/complexes will be added if needed.
LEVELS OF PLAY
GOLD: U9-U14 Single Age Group Brackets
Division I teams from across Florida are expected to participate making this a highly competitive event at the Gold Divisions.
SILVER: U9-U14 Single Age Group Brackets
Silver Division is for Division II teams. Teams from across Florida are expected to participate in the Silver Divisions.
All applications must be approved by the tournament committee.
HOW DO I REGISTER
All teams must register on-line and pay by check, made payable to United Soccer Cup. Please indicate on check memo which team and mail it to:

• Please complete the online application fully. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.
• Teams will not be eligible for acceptance until the registration fee has been received.
• Any team not accepted will receive a refund.
• Any accepted team which withdraws after the application deadline of Friday, September 6, 2013 will not be eligible for a refund.

ENTRY FEE
$475.00 for U9/U10 (playing 6v6)
$550.00 for U11/U12 (playing 8v8)
$625.00 for U13/U14 (playing 11v11)
The entry fees include all referee fees. Entry fees received after the Friday, September 7, 2012 deadline date will incur an additional $50.00 late fee.
TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Each team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
U9 and U10 teams play 6-a-side and may carry up to 12 players (3 guest players).
U11 and U12 teams play 8-a-side and may carry up to 14 players (4 guest players).
U13 to U14 teams play 11-a-side and may carry up to 18 players on their roster (5 guest players).
During the tournament a player may play for only one team.
